Wstated that a Facebook profile with the name PaperChasin le JoeBlow iniixed him stating that he was interested in purchasing his shoes (see attached messages). stated that he came from Tallahasse to meet PaperChasin le JoeBlow at TanyWark.-stated that he recognized PaperChasin le JoeBlow from his pro?le picture. stated that he handed PaperChasin le JoeBlow the shoes and then Pa erChasin le JoeBlow gave a smaller child money to hand to him as payment for the shoes?ated that he was handed a $100 bill and a $20 bill._ stated that he immediately realized the money was not real. ?stated that PaperChasin le JoeBlow was with about six other males and they left walkin with his shoes at a fast pace. *provided Ofc- with the bills he received during the shoe exchange. ?turned over to me a 20 and 100 dollar bill that was counterfeit. On June 26, 2017 I luv. - was able to identify the unknown male through investigative techniques as (Suspect). I then contacted?in order to administer a photo line up. On June 27, 2017 at approximately 1615 hours, I made contact with _at the Quincy Police Department. I then requested ?to describe the shoes that were stolen. described the shoes as Jordan 12's and stated that they were gray and white with a small blue stripe. I then showed a picture of Nike Jordan 12 UNC Retro Shoes in which- advised thOSe are what the shoes look 1ike._ then initialed the picture of the shoes. was then read the instructions to a photographic line?up, in which he advised he understood and signed the form. _was then shown a sequential photographic line up of 6 possible suspects. While administering the line?up, on photograph number 3, Bartolome advised "yea thats him."? then initialed and dated photograph number 3.
