The Grand Jury of said County charge that, before the ?nding of this indictment, Joel Todd Tucker,
whose name is otherwise unknown to the Grand Jury, did commit the crime of Assault in the Second
Degree (Section of the Code of Alabama 1975), with intent to cause serious physical injury
to another person, to-wit: Jocelyn Tucker Gugaria, by striking the said Jocelyn Tucker Gugaria, with the
victim being a current or former spouse, parent, child, a person with whom he/she has a child in
common, a present or former household member, or a person whom he/she has or had a dating
relationship, in violation of Section l3A-06-13l of the Code of Alabama,
