The aforesaid was place on Post-Release Supervision on December 12. 2014 for a total of Five (5) Years Post-Release Supervision: and has successfully completed 49 months of his 60 months. WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully prays that this Honorable Coun terminate the probation of the aforesaid defendant and discharge him in accordance with the Mississippi Code of 1972.
