The Grand Jurors of Maricopa County, Arizona, accuse JOHN DALLAS SPAULDING,
on January 8, 2020, charging that in Maricopa County, Arizona:
COUNT 1:
JOHN DALLAS SPAULDING, on or between January 1, 2007 and December 31,
2007, intentionally or knowingly did engage in sexual intercourse or oral sexual contact
with VICTIM A, who was a minor under the age of fifteen years, in violation of A.R.S. §§
13-1401, 13-1405, 13-3821, 13-610, 13-604.01, 13-701, 13-702, 13-702.01, and 13-801.
COUNT 2:
JOHN DALLAS SPAULDING, on or between September 1, 2003 and April 30, 2004,
intentionally or knowingly did engage in sexual intercourse or oral sexual contact with
VICTIM B, who was a minor under the age of fifteen years, (to wit: Easter Weekend,
when Defendant touched Victim B's penis), in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-1401, 13-1405,
13-3821, 13-610, 13-604.01, 13-701, 13-702, 13-702.01, and 13-801.

 COUNT 3:
JOHN DALLAS SPAULDING, on or between September 1, 2003 and April 30, 2004,
intentionally or knowingly did molest VICTIM B, a child under the age of fifteen years, by
engaging in sexual contact with VICTIM B , a child under fifteen years of age, (to wit:
Easter Weekend, when Defendant had Victim B touch Defendant's penis), in violation of
A.R.S. §§ 13-1401, 13-1410, 13-3821, 13-610, 13-604.01, 13-705 13-702, 13-702.01, and
13-801.
COUNT 4:
JOHN DALLAS SPAULDING, on or between September 1, 2003 and April 30, 2004,
intentionally or knowingly did engage in sexual intercourse or oral sexual contact with
VICTM B, who was a minor under the age of fifteen years, (to wit: Easter Weekend, oral
contact), in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-1401, 13-1405, 13-3821, 13-610, 13-604.01, 13-701,
13-702, 13-702.01, and 13-801.
COUNT 5:
JOHN DALLAS SPAULDING, on or between September 1, 2003 and April 30, 2004,
intentionally or knowingly did engage in sexual intercourse or oral sexual contact with
VICTIM B, who was a minor under the age of fifteen years, (to wit: this occurred before
Easter weekend and refers to the Defendant touching Victim B's penis), in violation of
A.R.S. §§ 13-1401, 13-1405, 13-3821, 13-610, 13-604.01, 13-701, 13-702, 13-702.01, and
13-801.

 COUNT 6:
JOHN DALLAS SPAULDING, on or between September 1, 2003 and April 30, 2004,
intentionally or knowingly did engage in sexual intercourse or oral sexual contact with
VICTIM B, who was a minor under the age of fifteen years, (to wit: same time as count 5,
oral contact), in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-1401, 13-1405, 13-3821, 13-610, 13-604.01, 13701, 13-702, 13-702.01, and 13-801.
COUNT 7:
JOHN DALLAS SPAULDING, on or between September 1, 2003 and April 30, 2004,
intentionally or knowingly did engage in sexual intercourse or oral sexual contact with
VICTIM B, who was a minor under the age of fifteen years, (to wit: same time as Count
5, anal penetration), in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-1401, 13-1405, 13-3821, 13-610, 13604.01, 13-701, 13-702, 13-702.01, and 13-801.
