Attempted a routine inspection. Unable to complete due to lack of hot water.
FACILITY CLOSED- Due to lack of hot water.
A facility shall provide a minimum of 100F warm water to operate. Water temperature measured at 79F. Operator stated that
water heater was turned off after food prep due to a leak at the mop sink. Operators completed food service/ serving of food
prior to inspection.
Corrective action: Discontinue all food service. Repair/ replace/ adjust water heater to ensure a minimum of 120F hot water
provided at all times. Facility is not permitted to operate. Contact a member of this department at 951-461-0284 to schedule a
re-inspection. Do not operate prior to approval by a member of this department. Operating with out approval will result in a
citation, and or office hearing.
