attachment to the land, and have had years oi lirstnand Experlence watching the obvlous changes in the
environment around me.

My posillon as Plesident 0f the Minnesota PloduCErS Association (or nine yeavs and currently as
AgnGrowlh Board Chair has giyen me broad experience working With others on a committee and board
leveli have Spem years networking MW a blind spectrum a! people agriculture and state
government, AgriGrowth, in particular, has broadened that network to iange from (armers to
agribusinesses, load companies, and commodity organization leadership,

i believe there is climate change. The key question is how we as indiyiduals can make a difference, and
then collectively work together to identity solutions.

The committee wrli likely have membeis from various backgruunds With many different opinions. My
hope is that we can come together to identify common goals and solutions that if achieved, can make
meaningful dillerences (or comlng generations and make Minnesota a true leader In a (limaie vision.
