It was clear that this employee did not understand that the CTA expressedly permits hobbyist photos/videos on the system, and furthermore, perpetuates his misunderstanding through customer harassment. I hope that CTA will issue an employee-wide memo to remind and instruct its workers that amateur photography is allowed on the CTA system, and the harassment of customers for taking photos is not allowed.
