RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS FOR THE
LINEAR PARK PROJECT

 

BE IT RESOLVED at the September 28, 2018 regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of
the Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority, Commissioner Guidrv moved that Michael J.
Sawaya, Executive Vice President, be authorized to execute contracts or invoices up to $25 0,000 related to
the Linear Park Project. A report of such contracts will be rati?ed at a subsequent Board meeting.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote resulted as follows:
