Notification: Notification summary: 12/23/2019 at approximately 2333 hours, SS Omar received a phone call from the Colorado Springs Police Department. The caller ID showed as ?Anonymous caller?. When SS Omar answered the phone, officer V. Adkinson (Badge #6144) asked SS Omar if Client Kendrick is located at ComCor. Omar informed Officer Adkinson that client Kendrick is at the 3808 residential facility. Officer Adkinson then requested Omar to meet him outside. Omar then immediately placed the facility on lock-down and was waiting outside for the officer. At 2236 hours, 6+ CSPD officers parked their patrol cars near the kitchen and were walking towards the facility. SS Omar asked the responding officers what was going on, and the officers stated, ?an incident that occurred yesterday involving Mr. Kendrick and the Swat team?. Officer A. Bellingham (Badge #4963) asked SS Omar what room client Kendrick is assigned to. SS Omar informed the officer?s that client Kendrick is assigned to room 15. Officer Bellingham requested staff to escort officer?s down to room 15. SS Omar escorted all officer?s to room 15. Two K9 CSPD Officers were waiting outside of room 15, to ensure client Kendrick does not escape. SS Omar knocked on room 15 before entering the room. As SS Omar entered the room, Officer Livechii (Badge #6176), Officer Adkinson, and Officer Conklin (Badge #5699) all drew their weapons and were waiting outside the room. Once client Kendrick stepped outside, all responding officer?s immediately placed client Kendrick in custody CSPD Officer?s then informed client Kendrick that he will be going with them tonightOfficer Livecchi, and Officer Conklin then informed SS Omar about the incident. According to CSPD Officer?s, Client Kendrick was involved in several felonies, involving the SWAT team to respond as well. CSPD Officer?s did not state where the incident took place. CSPD Officer?s also mentioned client Kendrick driving a black Chevy Impala, dealing with drugs, and being in possession of black and silver 40 caliber handgun. CSPD Officer Livecchi then asked SS Omar a series of questions. CSPD Officer?s asked SS Omar how client Kendrick was able to leave the facility, where he is approved to sign out, weekly passes, room search policy, pat search policy, and his visitors. Officer Adkinson informed SS Reising that they found Heroin and Methamphetamines that are tied to client Kendrick. Officer Adkinson also informed SS Reising that they are attempting to locate a black and silver 40 caliber handgun. Officer Adkinson requested staff to call CSPD if anything in room 15 was found. 55 Omar then instructed Specialist Reising, Zakary, and SS Reising, Jeffrey to conduct a room search in room 15.55 Omar, 55 Z. Reising, and 55 J. Reising conducted a room search in room 15. A vape pen, and car keys were located in client Kendrick?s backpack. SS Omar then logged the room search in CorrectTech (CT) and called CSPD Dispatch to inform them about the car keys that were found in client Kendrick?s backpack. SS Omar then spoke to staff member ?Michelle? from CSPD. Michelle then dispatched Officer Livechhi to come back to the facility and look at the keys. SS Omar, and SS Reising did a on grounds, kitchen area, and the trailer home area in efforts to see if the black Chevy Impala was parked anywhere. SS Omar then contacted CWISE and briefed them about the incident. CWISE staff member ?Tristian?. Tristian mentioned leaving a voicemail for client Kendrick?s Parole Officer (Matthew Yacano). All items that were found have been logged in the contraband chain of custody form. 55 Omar will have CSPD Officer sign off the Contraband Chain of Custody sheet once they take the car keys with them. At 0244 hours, CSPD Officer Livecchi returned to the facility. 55 Omar provided the officer with the keys that were found in client Kendrick?s backpack. Officer Livecchi requested a new copy of client Kendrick?s weekly passes. 55 Omar provided that information to the officer. Officer Licecchi was confused and asked 55 Omar to help him read the passes. 55 Omar explained how passes work and showed Officer how to read the information. Officer Licecchi then requested all the dates client Kendrick was able to sign out to a personal pass. 55 Omar provided that information to Officer Licecchi as well. SM Jeffrey Turner asked Officer Livecchi what charges were filed against client Kendrick. Officer Licecchi informed SM Turner that he is facing a felony menacing charge and they are still attempting to locate the firearm and give him a charge for that as well. Officer Licecchi departed grounds at 0312 hours. Officer Licecchi then came back to the facility at 0334 hours and informed SS Omar that the keys do not match to the vehicle they are looking for. Officer Licechhi informed SS Omar that client Kendrick is currently at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center (CJC) and denied all questions during the interrogation process. Officer Licechhi departed the facility at 0350 hours.
