Dear Representative Jacquet:

The Florida Elections Commission has assessed a civil penalty against you in the amount of $2,000
for violating Florida?s election laws, as evidenced by the enclosed Final Order entered September
4, 2019. Our records re?ect that a balance of $2,000 is due and owing to the State of Florida.

The 30 days provided in the Final Order for payment of the civil penalty have passed. Therefore,
unless payment of the civil penalty is made within 10 days of the date of this letter, the Commission
will ?le an enforcement action against you in the circuit court in the Second Judicial Circuit or
take other appropriate action to collect the amount due. If it is necessary to take legal action to
collect the ?ne, the law provides that you pay for the cost of collection, including all attorney?s
fees.
