I spoke with Andy Ries (whom I know you have been working with) and it looks like moving to a <50% MSP with resolve your con?ict of commitment issues. Veronica has con?rmed that you will continue to be able to receive your research stipend as a 2 payment. I have asked her to draw up the contract which will then be forwarded to you to review. I think this is a very good solution for you to move forward this year. I realize that you would like me to sign the IP disclosure form but I was instructed to do nothing till after the CAG meeting and audit results. I promise to look it over then. Fortunately, I have been told that the disclosure form is not the reason that there is an administrative hold on your clinical trials. The hold is due instead to your con?ict of commitments, the ongoing audit etc. The MSP transition will be helpful getting your trials going again because it removes your commitment con?ict. Not had to do this for Kevin Moore and Steve Jiang -they had patents and IP on their work. Page 1 of 2
