TELEMUNDO POLL: “STATE OF THE LATINO VOTE IN NEVADA” FEBRUARY 2020 1 Telemundo Poll: State of the Latino Vote in Nevada – February 2020 HOW THE POLL WAS CONDUCTED The “State of the Latino Vote in Nevada Poll” was conducted for KBLR Telemundo Las Vegas by Mason-Dixon Polling & Strategy, Inc. of Jacksonville, Florida from February 10 through February 13, 2020. A total of 625 registered Hispanic voters statewide were interviewed live by telephone in Nevada. All indicated they were likely to vote in the 2020 election. Those interviewed were randomly selected from a phone-matched Nevada voter registration list that included both land-line and cell phone numbers. Quotas were assigned to reflect Hispanic voter registration by county. The margin for error, according to standards customarily used by statisticians, is no more than ± 4 percentage points. This means that there is a 95 percent probability that the "true" figure would fall within that range if all Hispanic voters in Nevada were surveyed. The margin for error is higher for any subgroup, such as a gender or age grouping. The survey also includes an over-sampling of 362 Hispanic Democrats who indicated they were likely to vote in the February 22 Nevada Democratic Caucus. These voters were only asked questions relative to the caucus and not those focused on statewide issues and the general election. The margin for error for these results is ± 5.3 percentage points. 2 Telemundo Poll: State of the Latino Vote in Nevada – February 2020 **** 362 LIKELY DEMOCRATIC CAUCUS VOTERS *** QUESTION: If the Nevada Democratic Party Caucus were held today, which one of the following candidates would get your vote?
