staff on any ongoing investigation into the Inspector General for the U.S. Department of
Commerce to deconflict and avoid duplication of effort. We would welcome the opportunity to
provide a bi-partisan briefing under the confines of the Inspector General Act of 1978, as
amended, and will coordinate such briefing with Robert Turner of the Senate Committee on
