We understand that another investigation into additional, similar allegations may be ongoing. Ms. Gustafson shared the notification of investigation memo from your committee dated September 23, 2019, in response to a request from Chairman Grassley. The undersigned committees are now jointly investigating additional allegations made by a growing number of whistle blowers. As part of the investigation, our staffs interviewed Ms. Gustafson on January 9, 2020, and will seek to conduct interviews of her staff in the coming weeks.
