Dear Mr. Treves:
The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has approved the Technical Revision
request (TR-5), which was submitted to the Division on September 19, 2018, and addresses the
following:
1. Relocation of the main access road and temporary diversion of Yule Creek.
The terms of TR-5 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1999-058.
All other conditions and requirements of the permit remain in full force and effect.
