practitioner was received, and a complaint file was opened. The complaint file wa~ reviewed by the
Board's consultant, a licensed member of that pr fession, and a staff attorney for the Department of
Health. As a result of the review, the ale wa · for arded to the field for investigation.
An investigation was ..:on<luctcd. and the results of the im,estigation were returned to this Office. The
results of the investigation were reviewed by the Board's consultant, together with a staff altorney for tht•
Department of Health. As a result of this review , it was their <letennination that the acts of the
praditioner did not constitute a violation of the statutes and/or rules gowrning the protcssion. Therefore,
the complaint has bei:n closed, but the record will remain on file in this Office.
We appreciate your notifying our Office of your concerns and, while the outcome may not have met your
expectations, please be assured that a legal assessment was made based on the statutes and rules
