Following an outbreak Of respiratory disease caused by a novel coronavirus 
first detected in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China, President Donald J. Trump
established the President's Coronavirus Task Force on January 29, 2020 to provide for
enhanced coordination across federal agencies to protect the health and safety of
Americans; and

On January 30, 2020, the World Health Organization declared a Public Health
Emergency of International Concern; and

Although there are no confirmed cases in Georgia, state and local officials are monitoring
the spread of and coordinating with their federal counterparts, including
officials at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and

There is an immediate need for a coalition of subject?matter experts representing the
private and public sectors to assess Georgia?s procedures for preventing, identifying, and
if needed addressing cases of 

NOW, THEREFORE, BY VIRTUE OF THE POWER VESTED IN ME As GOVERNOR OF THE
STATE OF GEORGIA, IT Is HEREBY
