The Coconino Post (“TCP”) submits this Texas Public Records Act (“Act”) request
(“Request”) for the following records:

All contracts between Pearson Education, Inc., including its subsidiaries and
affiliates, and the Texas Education Agency between January 1, 2015 and
December 31, 2019.

The Coconino Post is a news media outlet. The requested documents will be made available to
the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees associated with this Request, we would be grateful if you would
inform us of the total charges in advance of fulfilling the Request. We would prefer the Request
be filled electronically, by email attachment, if possible, or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. We look forward to
