The Affiant bases his/her belief on the fact that 0n 09-29—2019, at approximately 21:08 hours, Officer Rivera was assisting another Officer in attempting to locate a red Mustang vehicle, containing an armed suspect identified as, Cameron HALLETT. HALLETT had been involved in a domestic where a firearm was displayed and pointed. Given the description ofthe vehicle and direction oftravel, Officers began looking for said vehicle and the armed suspect. Officer Rivera located the vehicle traveling east on Lower Huntington Road and effected a traffic stop. When the driver was identified, it was the same suspect wanted in the domestic investigation. getting HALLETT out of the vehicle, Officers could smell a heavy odor of Marijuana emitting from the car. Officers were advised there would be charges on HALLETT for the Domestic and Officers began an inventory search ofthe vehicle. In a black backpack, located in the rear seat, behind the fiont passenger seat, Sgt. B. Griffin located a clear glass mason jar, containing a green leafy substance believed t0 be Marijuana. (bag weight of24.6 grams) Afier v i On the person ofHALLETT, Officer Rivera recovered fiont trouser pocket. In the front seat Officers located two (2) counterfeit $ 100.00 bills. A further search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of a stolen black, Ruger, pistol, model LCP, .3 80 caliber, SN: 372294083, which was found to have a round seated in the chamber and four (4) rounds ofammunition in the magazine.
