A warrant for phone records on phone number RWU) was obtained which is the phone listed for JAMARI DODSON. The phone records were examined by Detective Helmsing of the computer forensic lab showing the person with this phone number was in the area of the shooting at the time of the shooting. The records showed the phone belonging to AMARI DODSON left the scene going the same direction as JAMES DODSON Jr. The investigation showed there were two different caliber handguns ?red at Michael. On January 9, 2020 a DNA warrant was obtained for Buccal swabs of JAMARI DODSON and was served on JAMARI DODSON on January 10, 2020. The sample was sent to ISP lab for comparison to an unknown DNA pro?le found with ?ngernail clippings collected from Michael Lovett. DNA results were received on March 2, 2020 showing a mixture of DNA profiles consistent with Michael Lovett and JAMARI DODSON both being contributors. 8.
