Defendant Infrastructure Armor, LLC is not represented by counsel in this matter.
Individuals who are parties in civil cases may only represent themselves, see Local Rule 101.1 (D.
Md. 2018); they may not represent other parties. And, parties that are not individuals LLCs)
may not represent themselves or be represented by their shareholders or members. Instead, they
may be represented only by counsel who are themselves members of the Bar of this Court.
Accordingly, because Infrastructure Armor is an LLC, it may not represent itself in this Court. It
is hereby ORDERED that counsel shall enter appearances and ?le an Answer for Defendant
Infrastructure Armor, LLC by March 19, 2020, or the Clerk shall enter an Order of Default against

Infrastructure Armor, LLC.
