entitled court upon the motion of the City of Kent, plaintiff, for an order in the above entitled
cause, and the court being fully advised in the premises; now, therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that,

The City of Kent?s motion for a temporary restraining order is denied with the following
conditions:

1. King County and its health department may immediately operate the Econo Lodge in
Kent to house up to ?fteen individuals through Wednesday March 11, 2020;
2. King County shall make a good faith effort to provide meals and supplies for the housed
