Fantastic news, we won the McDonough v. Femandez-Rundle case! Please ?nd attached the Court's order upholding the
Constitutionality of Florida Statute section 934.03 in this as?applied challenge. Thus, individuals are prohibited from surreptitiously
recording police of?cers inside police departments, as a police department is in fact a non-public forum which is permitted to place
limitations one's First Amendment Rights. I anticipate that the Plaintiff will be ?ling an appeal on this decision.

Congratulations to everyone and to the continued protection afforded to LEO in investigating matters inside police departments.
