1. Recommending Of?cials (Field Of?ce Directors, Assistant Center Directors IPO Division Chi 1
Assistant Associate Directors) will assess potential COVID-19 employee case and make
recommendation to SES leadership (District Director, Center Director, or IPO Chief) in his/her 1 f:
on Whether an employee is high-risk. I

2. SES leadership will review the recommendation and make a ?nal determination whether the wait? 
will self-quarantine for 14-days, based on the following guidelines I

Self-Quarantine (14-days) and Self-Monitor:
