In line with the safety of our sworn and unworn civilian employees. Effective Immediately, civilians will
not be permitted to enter any of the Guam Police Department's precincts. If any civilian is in need of
filing a complaint, they can call the precincts directly and an officer will meet with you outside of the
precinct. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
