RECEIVING A GREAT COMPUTER IS AS EASY AS:
WRITE A LETTER

Each recepient is asked to write a letter/essay explaining why they cannot afford a new
computer and how having one will help. Your letter helps us document how we are making a
difference. Please include: YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL.

CONTRIBUTE FINANCIALLY

Everyone is asked to pay the administrative fee. The fee is based on the type of computer you
choose. We are a small IRS-approved nonprofit making a big difference. The amount you
contribute is only a small portion of what it actually cost to help you receive a computer. We
are constantly working on raising additional funds to help us expand. Feel free to contribute
more if you can. Every extra dollar helps.

VOLUNTEER

We have virtually no staff and depend on volunteers to keep going. We sometimes ask people
to test monitors; we can teach you how to image a computer, stuff envelopes or some other
tasks that is needed. If this is a problem, you can request an alternative way of helping to give
back.

CALL TO SCHEDULE A TIME TO PICK UP YOUR COMPUTER

You will bring your letter and fees to our technology center when you come to pick up your
computer. Alternatively, you can send in a deposit with your letter and schedule an
appointment.
