FOLLOW UP INVESTIGATION:

On May 9, 2019, Detective Joseph S. Trujillo 00042 was assigned this case for up investigation,
Denver Police Department case number 2019-289183.

Detective Trujillo reviewed all the documents related to this case. Also refer to Denver Police
Department case number 2019-5001421 for further information.

It should be noted that the threats reported in the case occurred several months prior to being
reported.

On November 12, 2019, at approximately 1:32 p.m., Detective Trujillo received a phone call from
who had recently been released from the Department of Corrections.
