Trujillo 00042 was assigned this case for up investigation, Denver Police Department case number 2019-289183. Detective Trujillo reviewed all the documents related to this case. Also refer to Denver Police Department case number 2019-5001421 for further information. It should be noted that the threats reported in the case occurred several months prior to being reported. On May 10, 2019, at Detective Trujillo talked to the of Therapeutic Community Addiction Research and Treatment Services, which is a program for the University of Colorado. Detective Trujillo learned that dob: , is currently on administrative leave. The assigned Detective attempted to contact by phone several times and was unsuccessful, leaving message for to Detective Trujillo back. On July 11, 2019, at approximately 9:15 a.m., Detective Trujillo contacted by phone. stated she knows but denied every soliciting to get rid of her daughter boyfriend. stated this allegation was completely crazy. stated she currently has custody of her daughters' children because her daughter is meth IV user and she stated is also a meth IV user. stated she was the at the Therapeutic Community Addiction Research and Treatment Service Center. stated denied giving For P13016 Printed On Mar-24-2020 (Tue.) a cell phone to use for any reason. On November 12, 2019, at approximately 1:32 p.m., Detective Trujillo received a phone call from who had recently been released from the Department of Corrections. stated he was contacted Detective Trujillo to get his cell phone back. Detective Trujillo took the opportunity to question regarding this case. provided Detective Trujillo with some of the same details documented in his written statement on May 8, 2019 and some conflicting details. stated the never directly asked him to have , daughter boyfriend killed. stated told him she just wanted beat up. stated daughter was pregnant by and thought was not good for her daughter. stated told her several times that she wanted beat up. stated he told that he needed a phone to manipulate into giving him his cell phone. stated that eventually gave him his cell phone. stated he never called anyone to beat up . stated once he got his cell phone eventually stopped asking him to beat up and stopped talking about it completely because their relationship to sexual in nature. stated he never had intercourse with but they would touch each other through their clothes. later stated that would perform oral sex on him to manipulate him. Detective Trujillo asked to explain and stated would tell him that she could send him back to prison. stated he thinks was involved with several other people at the treatment center. stated he currently is in the middle of a lawsuit against for what she did to him. asked the Detective Trujillo if he could get his cell phone back.
