The information provided in this memorandum is derived from the original proposal titled WrestleMania Axxess 2023-2024-2025? and dated July 2018 (Attached as Exhibit A). This is intended to generate dialogue for contract finalization and understanding by all parties. RENT TCC agrees to provide TBSC complimentary rent for 5 event dates and 10 move-in/move-out dates between March 27th and April 2020.. We would appreciate the release of any spaces at the earliest opportunity. Move In March 27 - April 1 (6 move in days) April 2 April 6 (5 show days) April 7-10 (3 move out days). PARKING TCC agrees to provide WWE (20) chaser tickets at no charge per contracted date. Chaser tickets are valid for complimentary parking at the TCC, Pam lorio, and Fort Broke garages. TCC will accommodate production, satellite, talent and crew vehicles on the TCC Upper Loading Dock with restricted access. HOUSEKEEPING TCC agrees to provide TBSC complimentary housekeeping and janitorial services for 5 event dates and 10 move- in/move-out dates between March 27th and April 2020. SECURITY (Event Security, Talent Security, Overnight Security) Security services will be provided by Allied Universal. TBSC will be responsible for paying Allied Universal directly for security services. AMBASSADORS (Ushers, Ticket Takers, Event Staffing with Supervisors) Ambassador services will be provided by Sentry Event Services. TBSC will be responsible for paying Allied Universal directly for security services. TAMPA POLICE Tampa Police services will be provided by the Tampa Police Department. TELECOMMUNICATIONS/INTERNET Telecommunication and Internet services will be provided by Smart City, with TCC offering to credit its commission towards the total invoice. TBSC will be responsible for paying Smart City the balance of Telecommunications and Internet services after TCC’s commission is reduced. The estimated cost to TBSC is $63,762 (total expense of $93,762 less $30,000 TCC commission). RIGGING Rigging services will be provided by Encore Event Technologies. WWE will be responsible for paying Encore directly for rigging services. UTILITIES Utility services will be provided by Edlen Electric. WWE will be responsible for paying Edlen Electric directly for utility services. STAGEHANDS, RENTAL EQUIPMENT, other BACK OF HOUSE EXPENSES WWE will be responsible for paying all stagehands, rental equipment, and back of house expenses directly to the appropriate provider. BOX OFFICE TCC is unable to provide box office services, and will be the responsibility of TBSC or WWE. TheTampaCC.com CONVENTION CENTER WWE WrestleMania Axxess 2023-2024-2025 Convention Center Facility Technical Specifications: Tampa Convention Center (TCC) proposes approximately 200,000 square feet of clear Span space along with sufficient back-of?house space including the upper loading dock and show office space along with up to 18 new waterfront meeting rooms adjacent to the hall from beginning of move-in until the conclusion of move-out. Attached is a rigging plot along with a power drop for the 7 sessions with a capacity of 6,000 patrons for each session. Staffing and Services: (Front of House Included) TCC proposes to arrange for all front-of~house staff based on an attendance of 6,000 patrons for 7 events. This staffing and service includes ushers, ticket takers, event staffing with supervisors provided by Sentry Event Services; event security, talent security, and overnight security provided by Allied Security Services; police, traffic control, parking attendants, dumpster pulls and fire/EMT services provided by the City of Tampa; fire extinguishers, janitorial services will be provided by TCC. TCC will provide all utilities, power, lighting, house lighting, and HVAC from the beginning of move-in until completion of move-out. TBSC will be responsible for paying all front of house expenses directly to the appropriate provider. (Back of House Not Included) All back-of-house, production related staffing and expenses including stagehands, rental equipment, production power (Edlen) and production labor shall be the responsibility of WWE. TCC has an exclusive rigging arrangement (Encore) which also provides audio and public address systems for the venue. An estimate for this service follows. WWE will be responsible for paying all back of house expenses directly to the appropriate provider. Union Labor: There are no union contracts with the venue as Florida is a right-to~work State. WWE 2020 Letter to VTB Ticket Selling: TCC has no existing contract with Ticketmaster or any other ticketing organization. As a suggestion, one of the other venues involved in the event could establish a satellite ticket sales location on the day of each event to be located at TCC. The cost of the TCC satellite office and its associated charges should be included in the convenience fee charged to cover all cost for the TCC operation. Parking: TCC will provide up to 20 complimentary parking passes to WWE for their volunteers and each event. Parking for production, satellite, talent, and crew trucks and cars will be provided on loading dock with restricted access. Novelties and Programs: WWE will have exclusive rights to all novelties and programs. The City's Fire Marshall shall have final right of approval of all interior and exterior sales locations. Food and Beverage: TCC will provide multiple food outlets including for the duration of the event to enhance the patron experience. These outlets include Datz Deli, Big Ray's Fish Camp, The Sail Waterfront Bar, the Coffee Bar, Nourish a bowl concept, Cucina, The Grills and in addition will offer several beverage bars at various locations. Aramark has exclusive food and beverage rights in and around the venue and shall receive 100% of all food and beverage sales. Logos and Rights: TCC will retain all rights to its brands and logos,- WWE will retain all rights to its names and logos. Prior mutual consent will be given for the approved use of each other?s logo in all event related advertising, promotion, and publicity. WWE will be given the right to use the Convention Center logo at no charge on WrestleMania Axxess novelties and programs, subject to prior approval of TCC. WWE will have the right to use TCC signage, logo, etc. without approval, to the extent they are embedded in footage, subject to broadcast and other media rights. WWE 2020 Letter to VTB Broadcast and Other Media Rights: TCC grants WWE at no charge or future costs all WrestleMania Axxess related broadcast rights. This includes WWE Network, broadcast TV, pay-per-view, internet, print, photography, CDs, DVDs, and/or any future media developed.
