On 0312952020 at 14 43 hours Deputies Lambert (10721) and Barnett (10466) responded to a
domestic (see Deputy Barnett located the female subpct on Ptsgah Rd lust east of
Road and made contact with her Suspect Jane Doe refused to grve any to Deputy
Barnett However Suspect Jane Doe admit to being in a verbal alercatron with suspect unlmovm
who she stated was her trance Deputy Barnett informed the suspect that a report had to be completed

Deputy Barnett attempted to detain Suspect Jane Doe in order to identiy her Suspect waited WIB
from Deputy on Prsgah Rd towards Houston Levee and waited rn the roadway obstructing traffic
Deputy Barnett gave verbal commands for Jane Doe to stop moving away from hm. and Jane Doe
refused Deputies Prrce and 8 Foster al on scene at which trme Jane Doe had traveled to the
rntersectron of Houston Levee and Prsgah Deputres then detected Jane Doe using the minimal
amount of force necessary whrle verbal commands to Jane Doe and ordering Jane Doe to stop
resisting During the altercation Jane Doe was combatrve caused a pubic by yelng and
and walked out into traffic on Houston Levee Rd causrng a danger to hersel. Deputies. and
the public Deputy Foster sustained a scratch on the left side 0! neck and Deputy Barnett sustained
a small Cut on left thumb as a direct result of the physical altercation with Jane Doe Memphis Fire
Department Unit #30 made scene for medical attentron for Deputy Barnett. Deputy Foster. and Jane
Doe All parties refused medical Sumner was advrsed and made scene Detective Beans

on scene Deputy Lambert transported Jane Doe to 271 Peplar Ave for Jane Doe was later

One for Medical Clearance Jane Doe was then transported to Jai East for Disorderly Conduct
