Dear Voter from Precinct 608:

Yesterday around I was notified by one of our poll workers that they had been
positively diagnosed with Covid-19. This individual worked Election Day (March 17, 2020) at
Precinct 608 at Freedom Christian Fellowship Church which is located at 3423 Loretto Rd. All
our Poll Workers were prescreened by their managers and were told not to come in if they had
any flu/cold The Poll Worker told me yesterday that on Election Day he/she had no
and felt perfectly fine. The Poll Worker reported experiencing six days
after Election Day. The poll worker was tested for the virus on March 27th and received a
positive test result on March 30th.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you and the other 359 voters who voted at this location
on March 17?" that they should take appropriate steps and seek the counsel of a medical
advisor. If you are experiencing of such as fever, dry cough or difficulty
breathing, please self-isolate and contact a medical provider immediately.

All my staff members as well as other poll workers who were at this location are being notified
of the situation and are also advised to take the appropriate steps. The name of the worker
diagnosed with the virus will not be disclosed clue to privacy concerns.
