CURRENT STAY AT HOME ORDER: NEW UPDATES: INDIVIDUALS Ordered to stay at home except to meet basic needs EMPLOYERS Businesses closed except for those that meet a critical need or pose a minimal risk; sanitation and social-distancing rules and guidelines for remaining businesses RETAIL STORES Essential retail stores open subject to 50% occupancy rate, social-distancingc and sanitation rules BEACHES Closed for all purposes MEDICAL PROCEDURES Postponed except for those deemed “necessary” under various criteria as determined NON-WORK GATHERINGS Limited to fewer than 10 persons with 6 feet of distance between persons. “Drive-in” gatherings permitted if participants stay in cars with people from their own households.
