Your press release says a compleatly different story as it is ?lled with inaccuracies and out right false statements. I will touch on just a few to make my point and give Home Forward until the end of the day 11/05/2018 to write a retraction revising your press release along with an apology to the tenants or I will submit a new press release and include evidence clearly demonstrating our point that we have been dealing 1 with an organization that continues to inappropriately cross lines to mask the underlining problems. I'm sure you understand that it will be almost impossible to trust Home Forward when less than a day after you tell us you are pro active regarding our concerns, you submit a press release that is more fiction than fact. So here are but a few of the ?ctional statements you made: 1. There are no windows on any of the trash rooms. Zero 2. The annual inspection consisted of a less than 90 seconds of a test of the smoke alarms, a quick mattress check for bed bugs, and look under the bathroom sink, a look behind the refrigerator, and a check of the outside deck. I am personally in contact with two tenants now that have black mold. 3. Your security statement is misleading and inaccurate. The onsite security person has only been here 4 nights a week for the last two weeks. Your claim of 5 foot patrols leads people to think you provide 5 people on foot. 4. Your trash room coded locks are worthless as there are no cameras in the 2-5th ?oor trashrooms and most hood rats getting in the building have have the code a week after they were installed. Bottom line is your press release was not honest but shows the union that until we "see? changes, we will have to move forward because that press release reaf?rms our plight with owners and management is business as usual. I also have Video of the meeting in April, the meeting of 8/20, as well as voice recordings of the phone conversation with Molly and Melissa, and the meeting with Melissa and the IPM rep that came to our meeting. These document a clear picture of the meetings you reference in your other press release. (Also misleading) I?ll expect either a retraction or a revised press release along with an apology Monday or I'll do it for you. Your choice. Brian Jackson (253)226~6252 2
