From: Brian [Tl] Jackson Sent: Monday, April 08, 2019 12:02 PM To: The Yards Manager Angie Henry Subject: Unit 204 This is the result of not being able or unwilling to enforce lease requirements. 301 has bed sheets and blankets hanging on their balcony now for over 6 months now, more than enough time to enforce compliance had you decided to do so. This is a perfect example why its difficult to try to convince other tenants to report violations. Its like you have zero control over the property. You send out violations and most tenants pretty much laugh it off knowing its not like you you can do anything about it. 301 still after 6 months plus still does anything she wants, threatens other tenants, dangles objects from her balcony jeopardizing the safety of others, constantly blairs her stereo, allows people that are trespassed from the property to live there and worse. It doesnt take 8 months to evict someone like that. Why wont you guys actually enforce whats in the lease. Peoples dogs have all been sick because you are unable to stop the dog waste from piling up on the property. As a result tenants dogs have been getting serious ill from disease that has been spreading on the property. My vet, other tenants vets have all come to the same conclusion. By not maintaining the property as far as keeping it sanitary, disease will be the result. It is your responsibility to keep it clean and/actually enforce the rules "effectivly". Brian Jackson Apt 401
