FACILITY UNTIL A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE, BASED ON A UNIVERSITY
HEARING, TO THE CONTRARY. FAILURE TOABIDE BY THIS NOTICE WILL
RESULT IN CRIMINAL CHARGES.

You must contact the Office of Student Conduct by phone at 330-672-4054 or email at

to arrange for a university meeting regarding this notice within five (5)
days of receipt of this notice. The Persona Non Grata hearing may be deferred pending the
outcome of your faculty disciplinary proceedings.

Failure to arrange this University hearing within five days will result in the Office ofStudent
Conduct sending you notice of the date. time, and location of the hearing. The meeting will
result in a determination being made (with or without your presence) any may result in you no
longer being permitted to enter upon or be present in specific university locations.
