The Court finds that the circulator’s civil rights had been restored pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-907 such that the circulator was eligible to circulate petitions. A.R.S. § 16-321(D). The Court also finds that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in finding that the testimony presented by the Plaintiff did not establish by clear and convincing evidence that the circulator did not witness the signatures or that the circulator’s verification on the back of each sheet was invalid. McClung v. Bennett, 225 Ariz. 154, 156 ¶ 7(2010); Moreno v. Jones, 213 Ariz. 94, 98 ¶ 20 (2006). Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED affirming the trial court decision.
