Of the funds appropriated in Section 2, funds in 347 the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) shall come from 348 income derived from the principal of the Education Improvement 349 Trust Fund created by Section 206A, Mississippi Constitution of 350 1890, and One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) shall be used for 351 the School for Math and Science. 352 SECTION 12. Of the funds appropriated in this act, an amount 430 not to exceed Two Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand Six Hundred 431 Eighty-four Dollars ($229,684.00) is authorized for the support of 432 vocational and technical education programs as authorized in 433 Section 37-31-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, for a period in excess 434 of ten (10) months in a calendar year. 435 SECTION 15. It is the intention of the Legislature that the 436 Vocational and Technical Education Division of the State 437 Department of Education shall, with the funds appropriated in 438 Section 1, transfer no more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars 439 ($100,000.00) to the Mississippi Soil and Water Conservation H. Of the funds appropriated in this act, no more 443 than One Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($175,000.00) is 444 provided for the purpose of supporting the Future Farmers of 445 America Center. 446 SECTION 17.
