Of the funds appropriated in this act, an amount 414 not to exceed Two Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand Six Hundred 415 Eighty-four Dollars ($229,684.00) is authorized for the support of 416 vocational and technical education programs as authorized in 417 Section 37-31-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, for a period in excess 418 of ten (10) months in a calendar year. It is the intention of the Legislature that the 420 Vocational and Technical Education Division of the State 421 Department of Education shall, with the funds appropriated in 422 Section 1, transfer no more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars 423 ($100,000.00) to the Mississippi Soil and Water Conservation 424 Commission for the purpose of providing matching funds to purchase 425 soil conservation equipment. 426 SECTION 15. Of the funds appropriated in this act, no more 427 than One Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($175,000.00) is 428 provided for the purpose of supporting the Future Farmers of 429 America Center. 430 SECTION 16.
