SCHEDULING ORDER and INTERIM. TEMPORARY STAY OF ACTIVITY

AND NOW, this i day of June, 2020, upon consideration, of Plaintiffs
Complaint and the relief requested therein, and the Petition for Preliminary Injunction ?led by
Defendant Delaware County Regional Water Control Authority, a hearing is scheduled on
Defendant?s Petition for Preliminary Injunction for June 18, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. in Courtroom No.
7, Delaware County Courthouse, the scheduling of said hearing being necessitated by the
continuing, ongoing public health and safety national emergency, as re?ected in the Governor?s
March 6, 2020 Proclamation of Disaster Emergency, and this Court?s May 27, 2020 Third Order
Extending the 32nd Judicial District?s Declared Emergency and the Third Emergency Order
Extension Civil Section as'wel?l as all the extraordinary protocols necessary to provide a safe

environment for a hearing and which impact'on the availability of Courtrooms for hearings.

It is further ORDERED that in compliance with the foregoingProclamation, Orders and
Protocols, no Parties are to be advantaged or prejudiced by any unavoidable, modest delay in
scheduling and the status quo in this matter Will remain in effect, and an Interim Temporary Stay
hereby is ORDERED and no change in the operation, management and governance of Defendant
Delaware County Regional Water Control Authority will occur until the aforesaid hearing on
Defendant?s Petition for Preliminary Injunction is held and until ?n?ther Order of Court following

said hearing.
