Due to the complexity of the project, we do not plan to hold a verbal
Q&A session during the Pre-Submittal Meeting. We encourage
submitting written questions in advance of the meeting and as
questions arise. Note the final deadline for questions is by Noon on
June 18, 2020. Please submit questions via ProcureWare https://www.seattle.procureware.com. We will provide final answers in
writing via Addenda.

2. Purpose and Background to include the following statement at the end of the last
sentence of the first paragraph:
Other replacement alternatives will be evaluated as part of the contract, and will
include but may not be limited to tunnel and Sound Transit coordinated options.
