regarding the U.S. Departments ofTreasury and Homeland Security, counsel regarding a
Kurdistan Referendum for Independence, and counsel regarding U. Si . Department of Defense
funding.

Client represents that it has been advised the Firm*s.services may entail activities
subject.tp mandatory public disclosure under United States law. In particular, theFofeign Agents ' Registration Act ("FARA," 22 U.;S.C..§ 611 et.seq.) requires the Firm to register and report its
activities on behalf of foreign political parties or entities. CHent-undeTstands^that any questions
or concerns about FARA or other mandatory disclosure-laws should be raised immediately with a
Firm Attorney.
