I would like to know how much the portrait cost and from what budget it was paid from. We can confirm that the costs in relation to the portrait of the former Lord Provost Sadie Docherty was £15,000 plus VAT, totalling £18,000. This cost was met from the Lord Provosts Expenses budget.
