Carter, P.A. be allowed to withdraw as counsel for Defendant Derrion'Moye in this action. Having considered the motion, the arguments of attorney Carter and Defendant Moye, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the court ?nds that a signi?cant breach of trust has developed between Defendant Moye and Attorney Carter which would make his continued representation of Defendant especially dif?cult in this criminal case, and therefore the motion is well taken and should be GRANTED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that attorney Ottowa E. CarterOttowa E.
