The Affiant believes and has good cause to believe that the said Defendant committed the aforesaid offense(s). The Affiant bases his/her belief on the fact that sometime during the course of the evening on 5/29/2020 there was a large protest in downtown Fort Wayne. This prétest escalated into a riot where unknown persons were blocking streets and vandalizing properties and throwing items at law The Affiant, 2. I was able to watch several different videos of events that happened 0n Friday 5/29/2020. In a Fort Wayne’s NBC Facebook post the Defendant is observed walking in the intersection of Clinton St and Main St blocking traffic. In the video I observed the Defendant make contact with the camera man and do an interview as to why people were acting the way they were. The 3.
