3) Public Hearing after public comments, possible closed session per Section 21.5 (1) of the Iowa
Code: ?To evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring,
performance or discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury
to that individual?s reputation and that individual requests a closed session?

4) Action - Disciplinary Action Police Chief Porter
5) Next Regular City Meeting July 8, 2020 at 6:30 pm. at City Hall
