All of which is an Unclassified felony offense being contrary to and in violation of 26 11.41.l 10(a)(2) and against the peace and dignity of the State of Alaska. 27 The undersigned swears under oath this Information is based upon the 1 2 information provided to him by Alaska State Trooper Elondre Johnson on June 30, 2020. On June 28, 2020, the Alaska State Troopers ("AST") received a report of a 3 deceased female , later identified as Carol Abraham, in McGrath, AK. AST responded to 4 5 6 investigate, and located Ms. Abraham deceased in the bathroom of a residence occupied by Glen Holmberg. Ms. Abraham' s body was positioned with her head inside the bathroom with her head being by the doorway. A mattress was located inside the 7 residence with a large amount of blood. There was a trail of blood leading from the 8 mattress-area to the bathroom, and it appeared that Ms. Abraham had been drug into the 9 bathroom. AST observed that Mr. Holmberg had blood on his person and clothing. 10 As part of its investigation, AST contacted the reporting party, Holmberg' s 11 neighbor. 12 Holmberg reported that Ms. Abraham was not responsive. The neighbor advised going to 13 Holmberg's residence and finding Ms. Abraham deceased. The neighbor then called 14 AST. 15 16 17 The neighbor stated that on June 28, 2020, at approximately 10:30AM, AST interviewed Holmberg. Holmberg advised that the only people at his residence between the day prior and when Ms. Abraham was found deceased were: Ms. Abraham, himself, and someone Holmberg identified as Thaniel. AST interviewed Thaniel. Thaniel advised that he was at Holmberg' s residence 18 19 -s .... 20 ~ c-,J between, approximately, 3:00 - 4:00PM, on June 27, 2020. Thaniel advised that Ms. Abraham was alive when he left the residence. On June 29, 2020, an autopsy was performed on Ms. Abraham. The Medical 21 Examiner determined that Ms. Abraham died as the result of blunt force and sharp object 22 mJunes. 23 significant blood loss. 24 Examiner determined that the manner of Ms. Abraham' s death was homicide. The Medical Examiner noted that there was significant head trauma and Ms. Abraham was missing part of her scalp. The Medical 25 Upon receiving the results of the autopsy, AST located Ms. Abraham' s missing 26 scalp inside Holmberg' s residence.
