June 24, 2020 Amended Cease And Desist Dear Mr. Presant Re: Vicki Gilson Our File No: M0-QP3-96Z As you are aware, this office has consulted with Ms. Vicki Gilson regarding a matter involving you. A prior letter was sent to you regarding this matter. This letter will supersede and replace the prior for any and all purposes. Specifically, Ms. Gilson reports the following: you have stated in a public meeting, recorded on Facebook, that you have gone to Ms. Gilson Tulare residence (1741 Cheryl Lane, Tulare, CA) parked in her driveway, proceeded across her property, not on the sidewalk, or the approach, and knocked on her door. When there was no answer, you peeped into her windows to see if she was home. You then admitted you went over to the side of the house and turned the water faucet on, perhaps to see if she had water. You then backed his car out of the driveway and parked in front of her house along the fence. You apparently were aware that her red car was not parked in the driveway, nor in front. So, you were aware she was not home. You also approached her neighbor’s house – Michelle Mendez- Franco, who runs a daycare, and is wary of strangers on the cul-de-sac. You said you were looking for Vicki Gilson, and Ms. Mendez-Franco asked who you were, and you said you were a friend of hers. She said then told you that you should have her phone number. You apparently said you did, and Ms. Mendez-Franco said you should call her. At this point you left, but prior to leaving you went on her property again, and took pictures of her house. Your actions constitute trespassing, invasion of privacy, and harassment. Accordingly, Ms. Gilson has authorized us to demand you cease and desist from coming onto her property or taking any picture of the property. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. Should you fail to adhere to this request, Ms. Gilson will seek judicial assistance in order to prevent your illegal actions. Very Truly yours, Parker-Stanbury LLP By Erik Priedkalns Cc: Ms. Gilson – via email
