THANK YOU. 2 Scoggins, Matthew From: Sent: To: Subject: Scoggins, Matthew Thursday, May 09, 2013 9:35 AM 'rrkurtz@gmail.com' Jenny Wright Robert, Beecher Bartlett informed me last night that you planned on contacting me today to discuss Jenny Wright's employment options. Specifically, Mr. Bartlett informed me that you indicated that Ms. Wright may tender her resignation to the University in lieu of cooperating with the University's investigation into whether she had inappropriate relationships with student-athletes. The University will not accept a tender of resignation by Ms. Wright. As Susan Martin communicated to Ms. Wright yesterday, the University expects her to cooperate fully in this investigation. This investigation involves a matter of serious concern, and the University expects her to respond to the allegations that have been presented against her. I have been authorized to direct Ms. Wright to appear at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow to be interviewed by Mr. Bartlett. The interview will take place in the same room, the large conference room on the 1st floor of Andy Holt Tower. If Ms. Wright either fails to appear for the interview or appears and again refuses to answer Mr. Bartlett's questions, then the University will consider that as another incident of insubordination and initiate termination proceedings.
