Thank you for writing to the Office of the Illinois Attorney General with your
request for information pursuant to the Freedom ofInformation Act (FOIA) (5 ILCS 140/1 et
seq. (West 2018)).
In an e-mail received on July 6, 2020, you state the following:

I prosecuted a case involving an IT professional from Cameroon
[named Annabel Melongo] who had been terminated from a
Chicago-area non-profit [called the Save-A-Life Foundation] ...Her
boss at the [Save-A-Life Foundation, Carol J. Spizzirri] alleged
that after she was fired, [Ms. Melongo] gained remote access into
the non-profit's computer system, altered files, and began
forwarding the boss's emails to herself. While that case was
pending, [Ms. Melongo] claimed that she was set up to take the fall
for a multimillion-dollar fraud at the non-profit. Both the FBI and
the Illinois Attorney General independently investigated and
found these Claims to be false.
