1. What is your preference regarding your athletic program for both low/non-contact sports and
contact sports for the 2020-21 school year? Please choose one option.
a. Begin all sports programs as they are currently planned and scheduled for fall 2020.
b. Delay the start of all fall sports programs as appropriate and begin when/if conditions change.
c. Pursue a plan that moves the spring low/non-contact sports to the fall and moves the fall

as they are currently planned and scheduled for fall 2020. What is your preference regarding the
low/non-contact sports for fall 2020? Please choose one option.

soccer to begin practices as they are currently planned and scheduled for fall 2020. School-toschool scrimmages, previews, contests and tournaments are currently permitted but with testing
restrictions. If and when the testing restrictions are removed, what is your preference regarding
scrimmages (regardless of when regular season competition begins)? Please choose one option.
a. I am in favor of competition beginning in the contact sports of field hockey, football and soccer
without any scrimmages being held
