We thank you for the incredible patience and support you have shown our
organization for the last several months, as we have continued to adjust to the
difficult effects the COVID-19 pandemic has had on everyday life.
Based on the current social distancing guidelines and fan safety protocols
developed by health experts, government officials and the NFL, all NFL
teams will be operating under a reduced stadium capacity for the upcoming
season. Unfortunately, we will be unable to re-seat the entire Season Pass
Member base across a limited number of seats. Therefore, we are currently
working to determine a capacity that is safe for our fans, staff and players.
Your 2020 Season Pass Membership will look different and we have highlighted
those changes below.

2020 PAYMENT
YOUR ENTIRE 2020 SEASON PAYMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CREDITED FOR
THE 2021 SEASON WITH NO ACTION NEEDED ON YOUR PART. KEEPING YOUR
PAYMENT AS A CREDIT TOWARDS 2021 WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
BENEFITS:
You will keep your member seat locations for the 2021 season and receive
all the exclusive member benefits that are associated with your 2021
tickets.
You will have priority access to purchase 2020 single game tickets as part
of the Priority Presale for the reduced capacity stadium. This presale will
only be open to Season Pass Members.
Your credit can be used to purchase 2020 Single Game Tickets during the
presale if you choose (subject to availability).
If we are able to increase stadium capacity for any future 2020 season
games, including playoffs, you will be given priority access to purchase
tickets for those games (not to exceed your number of tickets in your
account).
You will receive your 2020 Season Pass Member gift in the mail later this
summer.

2020 SINGLE GAME TICKETS
SEASON PASS MEMBERS WHO KEEP THEIR PAYMENTS AS A CREDIT TOWARDS
2021 WILL RECEIVE PRIORITY ACCESS TO PURCHASE ANY AVAILABLE TICKETS
FOR THE REDUCED CAPACITY 2020 SEASON.
Exclusive presale date will be determined once capacity is confirmed and
ticket quantities are expected to be limited.
Pricing for 2020 Single Game Tickets is TBD and may be different than your
current 2020 Season Pass Member pricing.

2020 PAYMENT PLANS AND PARKING
There will not be any preseason games in 2020, so the single game presale
will start with our home opener currently scheduled for Sunday,
September 20 against the Carolina Panthers.
For our members that are on a payment plan, no amount was processed
for the Wednesday, July 15, 2020 payment and remaining 2020 Season Pass
payments will also not be charged.
The 2021 12-month payment plan info/TILA disclosure will be sent
separately before Saturday, Aug 15, 2020.
For our members who have pre-paid parking for the 2020 season, we will
be handling parking credits and refunds in the same manner as Season
Passes.

2020 REFUND
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND, PLEASE LOG ONTO YOUR
ACCOUNT MANAGER PORTAL STARTING FRIDAY, JULY 31, 2020 TO MAKE SUCH
ELECTION. ALL REFUNDS MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE SUNDAY, AUGUST
9, 2020. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR GUEST AND
MEMBER RELATIONS ASSOCIATE WHOSE CONTACT INFORMATION IS BELOW.
If you opt to receive a refund, you won’t be eligible for the above listed
benefits in 2020, including the ability to participate in the Priority Presale
for 2020 single game tickets.
You will be issued a 2021 renewal for your 2020 Season Pass location(s)
and will maintain your Season Pass Member location and tenure.
We sincerely apologize for these needed changes to your 2020 membership. The
excitement and extremely high demand resulted in a near sellout situation on a
Season Pass basis for all home games this season. We had hoped to have
Raymond James Stadium filled with valued Season Pass Members like yourself to
welcome Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski to Tampa and provide an unmatched
home field advantage. While we share in your disappointment, we remain
optimistic for what still promises to be a very memorable season of Buccaneers
football. Now, more than ever, your Season Pass Membership provides valuable
added benefits and options. Thank you for your ongoing support and we
appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time.
